LAURIE EDWARDS-TATE, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF AT YOUR HOME FAMILYCARE, IS FEATURED IN CARING MAGAZINE IN “TOP CEOS SHARE THE SECRETS TO OPERATING A SUCCESSFUL HOSPICE, PRIVATE DUTY, AND COMPREHENSIVE HOME CARE COMPANY.”
CARING magazine, published by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, located in Washington, D.C., requested Edwards-Tate’s perspectives and thoughts regarding her key to running a successful Private Duty organization. As one of twenty-five Home Care CEO’s from across our Country, Edwards-Tate is one of seven representing the Private Duty sector.
According to Edwards-Tate: “Though I studied leadership theory in graduate school, the best education is real-world experience! It is an honor, and I really mean honor, to be included with top home care CEO’s ‘who stand for the best in their field.’ And, to be included within the same publication as Warren Buffett, Jim Cafton, Paul Newman, Mother Teresa, and other noteables is amazing. The bar has been raised higher for me, and there is tremendous encouragement and inspiration as a result.”
You may read Edwards-Tate’s leadership perspectives on page twenty-seven of CARING magazine, June 2012 edition. Additionally, you would benefit and enjoy viewpoints and research offered by NAHC’s President, Val Halamandaris, within his insightful “Leadership Lessons from Great Corporate Leaders: The Results of a 30-Year Study.”
