“Join Team At Your Home Familycare in celebrating our 27th anniversary this year by helping to find a cure for multiple sclerosis.” — Laurie Edwards-Tate, President and Founder
We’re registered for Walk MS because we want to do something for the people who have been diagnosed. Today, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis, and with diagnosis occurring most frequently between the ages of 20 and 50, many individuals face a lifetime filled with unpredictability.
Team AYHF Cares So Team AYHF Walks
Many of us get involved in the MS Walk because someone we care about has MS.
As professional caregivers helping people remain in their homes and live independent lives, members of Team At Your Home Familycare are privileged to serve far too many people with MS. We do what we can to ease their way. We see on a daily basis the difference a new treatment, new medication, or new approach can make in the life of someone struggling with this disease.
Because Team At Your Home Familycare cares, Team At Your Home Familycare walks with the goal of finding treatment and a cure for MS,
Money raised by The National Multiple Sclerosis Society helps fund programs for people and their families in San Diego and Orange County and to fund research to find a cure for people living with MS.
Laurie Edward-Tate, President & Founder of At Your Home Familycare, will once again serve as an Honorary CEO Against MS. She attended the MS Society’s kickoff brunch at the University Club earlier this month. “This annual brunch is always a welcomed event,” said Laurie. “It is truly inspirational to hear the shared stories of hope for a cure for MS.”
