One of the best ways to fight stress and stay healthy as you age is exercise. A new high tech way to exercise is a surprise hit among seniors. The Nintendo Wii video game gets players up and moving with a hand held wand simulating playing games from bowling to baseball. It can be played from a chair, or more vigorously. They line up to play wherever it is offered, even in nursing homes! Senior Wii bowling leagues are a big sensation. Families report grandkids and grandparents playing for hours. Who says technology is just for the young? Wii love it!
