It’s true. It’s the balls of your feet. Be extra good to your feet as you age. Ensure that your shoes fit well and have adequate support and padding. There are more stylish, comfortable shoes than ever. You may wear a bigger size than when you were younger. Feet do spread. Get a professional fit.  Don’t pinch pennies on shoes if they pinch your feet. We ask a lot from our feet. Take care of them and they will take you anywhere you want to go.
