How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you were?  This is “LifeCycles” with Laurie Edwards-Tate, President, At Your Home Familycare.

It’s not about denying aging or trying to stop the clock. It’s about defying society’s negative expectations about age. I have an “Aging Well Checklist.” A well defined inner compass — Having purpose to your life — Close loving ties — Mental toughness — Acceptance of life’s ups and downs — Gratitude even for the “not so good” — Embracing the positive.  These are about being MENTALLY healthy.  Mental fitness plays a critical role in aging well.
