Here are a few more items from my “Aging Well Checklist.” Giving of yourself to charitable causes and to others — strong personal ethics — taking responsibility for the quality of your life — knowing your passions — doing activities YOU enjoy — resilience in the face of any challenge, picking yourself back up no matter what -– and being able to sometimes say “no.” That one gets more important every day!
