Losing weight, eating right, and exercising help us stay healthy!  New research shows a positive attitude plays just as big a role in aging well.  Researchers studying people over age 90 found that choosing a positive outlook, having a purpose in life, and connecting with others can set the stage for healthy aging. This is not about trying to stop the clock. Strong self-esteem, close loving ties, activities you enjoy, and giving to others are reasons to keep moving forward.  Being happy despite life’s imperfections with resilience and gratitude keep us young in mind, body and spirit.
