Stressful events don’t age you. It’s how you deal with stress that matters.
Nationality isn’t important. It’s the way you live.
Adopt a healthy Asian or Mediterranean diet. Be more active. The more education you have, the longer you’ll live. Vitamins help, but there is no miracle herb or supplement that will turn back the clock.
So take heart, and take charge of your well being!
